You know what I hate the most? People that think they are all smart and use big words just to show off. I also hate it when people feel the need to call you names like ignorant just because you have you own opinions about things like... for example, the election. They think just because their candidate is young and modern and maybe won, they think they are superior. UGGGGGHHHH it gets me so mad!!!!!!! Anyone relate?

Lol, I'd like to start off saying I find it incredibly amusing that you would make a post directed at me several days after I said anything.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, you should not make an argument that is not solid and backed up with facts and logic and expect not to be called SOMETHING.
Thirdly, when you blatantly insult someone or their beliefs, not go against, not calmly state "I disagree with this,", not present a well-rounded argument (because believe it or not, I DO respect people's beliefs, even if I disagree with them, if they can present a good argument; it has even led me to be a fencesitter on some issues), do you SERIOUSLY expect them to just sit there and take it? Do you even consider, for the slightest MOMENT, that when you blatantly insult a person's beliefs without any form of good argument or anything, that they maybe, just MAYBE will be just as offended, maybe even more, than you being offended when someone calls you ignorant for doing so?
Fourthly, unless it is the time and place, one should simply keep quiet and respect all opinions in a case and not start an argument. It's pretty much a rule of thumb that unless you want some sort of figurative (or possibly literal) bloodshed, you should not discuss politics nor religion with someone.
Lastly, if Palin DID become president, the world really WOULD go up in flames. I would MUCH rather have McCain as president instead of Palin.
So harsh. I think there might be a large red mark where that hit me. I'm soooooo sorry you didn't win. :'( Shed a tear for the losing side.
