I am shocked............The Alkaline Trio is not some Emo Screamo band that only Lauren (cappucino) listens to.They are actually kind of normal. It's hard to believe, I know, but I have Espresso to back me up. Some of their said songs are:

Sadie's hilarious, She Took Him To The Lake is a cool song, Smoke is just so wonderfully mellow, and Your Neck is kinda catchy.
Also check out This Could Be Love (my fav by them), Time to Waste, This is Getting Over You, Settle for Satan, My Standard Break from Life, and Metro. Oh yeah, and I Lied My Face Off, Queen Of Pain, and I Was A Prayer. (Yeah, I'm going through my iTunes right now.)
