You know what I hate the most? People that think they are all smart and use big words just to show off. I think it's important to get the message about politics. Before a CERTAIN GRADE (though I'm not telling which) I thought politics were boring. And stupid. But they're not, because it's what our whole country is centered around. They help us, hurt us, and decide our decisions. Sounds scary, right? Weekend

Hey, people of the Internet! Guess what? The Coffee Snobs have a four-day weekend (though if you're in our district you do too)!!! Anyway, I thought we'd celebrate by talking about parties, because, as you know, mine's coming up.

So. What's your favorite kind of party? Like, a sleepover party, a pizza party, and ice cream party, etc. I was GOING to put this on as a poll, but what's the fun in that? I'd need a million different choices, and then this blog would crash again. And I'd need to fix it. Again.

Halloween Pranks and Tricks

Want to have fun or create a good scare? Halloween is not only for treats, it's for tricks too. We've got some good ideas for pranks and jokes here that are sure to get a surprised reaction. Funny or not, we focus on pranks that are not destructive to anyone's property or well-being -- it's just not cool. Have fun with these!!!

Dress up as though you are Halloween Decor for your lawn. Example: scarecrow, Frankenstein, etc. When anyone walks by, jump out and scare the heck out of them. Another idea is to lay flat on the lawn, pretending to be in a grave marked with a tombstone. Imagine their surprise when you rise from the dead!Ring doorbell and say "canned goods or meat."Get dressed up, knock on door. When person answers, put candy into his bowl.Visit friends' houses and write on the mirror with your finger, delivering a scary message such as "I'm watching you!" Breathe on the mirror and you can see your words. Let it dry naturally. When your friend takes a shower, the words will appear again when the mirror fogs up.Give away fake, plastic turds for treats.Get dressed up so you are unrecognizable. Join a group of trick-or-treaters, preferably some you know. It will drive them nuts not knowing who you are.Decorate your yard with all things superstitious. Ladder, black cat, broken mirror, crows. Put the number 13 on your door.Dress up in a hospital gown and walk around at night saying "They think I'm crazy, but I'm not. They deserved to die. I have a friend who's always surrounded by other people who I don't really like. And I was wondering what to do. I tried to talk to her, but my friend's always so annoyingly nice around me. It seems like she ignores me when her other friends are around.Please help!

ADVICE-
Anylize your relationship with this friend of yours. Are they a true friend or are they just along for the ride? If they are truley your friend, they will listen to what you have to say. Also, try getting to know your friends other friends better. Maybe you'll find that you actually made false judgements about her friends. Maybe you'll even become friends with them! Coffee Snobs, School's starting and I'm really nervous because I moved up a course in math! Help!

Everyone is a little bit nervous with school starting, and with you going to a higher math course it's a tad bit more stressful. But really you have no reason to be anymore nervous than the rest of your peers because of your change in math diffuculty. Your teachers put you in that course because that thought that you would do better in that course than in an easier one and I'm sure that you will be more challenged in your new one. Think of it like your teachers are complimenting you by telling you that you're smart enough to move up a course!!

Frappy, can you call me today? I need to tell you something IMPORTANT. Like on a scale of one to ten, this rates an easy FIVE MILLION. And I'm not an exaggerator.

Butterbeer rox!

Hello! You do not know me, (well, maybe you do, but that's not the point), but, I am Decaf. I, (along w/ Frappy) have come across the recipe for butterbeer! Yes it is non-alcoholic, and it tastes pretty good. Here is the recipe:

1 cup club soda or cream soda
1/2 cup butterscotch syrup...YUM!
1/2 TBLS butter

measure syrup and butter into a microvable bowl or glass. Microvave for 1 1/2 min. Make sure the butter is melted completely.

Stir and cool for 30 sec. then mix in club soda or cream soda. It will fizz. Serve in coffe mugs.
makes two (2) servings.

We used cream soda. It'll smell real bad! But, don't judge a book buy it's stink! :)

First Post in a While

Hey everybody, Latte here. This is my first post since school let out. I haven't had any time to go on the computer since then. Well, not a lot anyway. I miss you guys so much. The only people I really have to talk to are my little sis and my mom. Not very fun. I finally got my Sting Ray Bay passes, so at least that's something. I saw my friend Gwen there the other day. Yeah. And that's my summer so far. Oh good news, we got the Nintendo Wii yesterday, so I'm really happy about that!

In Love

Do you know what it feels like to love someone so much you cant stop thinking about them and all you can hear is their voice saying random things in your head? I do. Do you know how it feels to be so sick to your stomach when they are upset, that you start to shake? I do. I fell in love this week, like I've never fell before. Let me tell you it hurts like heck but it is the most awesome feeling in the world. I dont know what to do, cuz I cant think of anything or anyone else. IT IS CRAZY! The worst part is I think he liked me back and I broke his heart. He thinks I dont like him but the truth is, I'm crazy about him! He asked me fifty times ( that is literal, my friend Grant was counting) if I liked him and each time I said no. My shyness and fear of rejection held me back. How stupid am I?!?! He goes to my church and I said I dont like church boys because they are ignorant. I wasnt talking about him. He was all depressed when we were in the car, and he said 25% was my fault, 50% was his, and 25% was some other girls fault ( i think it was his ex-girlfriend). He said I was exactly like her. OUCH. I asked why it was my fault and he said he would never tell. He said he hated me. Man it hurt. But something good came from it, he said, "I'm sorry" in the smallest, quietest, most sincere voice a girl could ever wish to hear. I said " what?" and he said it again. I told him it was ok and he didnt do any thing wrong. He just smiled and we moved on. Then he said' " I'm still not gonna tell you" with a sly smile on his face. I said, "Tell me when we're like thirty". He said, "ok". That was yesterday. I think I'm gonna see him again tomorrow. I cant wait. If I don't I will be soooooooo disappointed. I was so totally flirting and I was telling him I liked him in an indiredt way. Man, love is blind. People said he was flirting too but I didnt notice. I spent almost every minute of every day last week with him. ( except when we were sleeping, guys were on 2nd floor girls were on the 7th). He was the first guy I saw when I woke up and went to breakfast and last guy I saw before I went up to my floor, showered, and went to sleep. I think I kinda ditched my friend for him, but not on purpose. She hates me now but at least he doesnt. The crazy thing is, I've known him for a year and I hated him then. He is friends with my brother so he even has slept over (haha). He is a year older than me. Why am I so in love with this boy, you may ask. Well he is nice (everyone says he's mean but he is nice to me (= ), hilarious (we have a million inside jokes and every time he opens his mouth something hilarious comes out), kinda cute, a christian, a perv like me ( not too over the top tho), and he is sincere in everything he does. The only thing wrong is he kinda ignores me sometimes when his friends are around. But that is only like 35% of the time. Please comment if you have advice or if you feel the same way about someone. I'd love to know. I'm not gonna sign my name or tell his for the sake of privacy but if you know me well, you can probably figure it out. I might tell you if you email me, but hey you never know what is gonna happen, right?

Hey, things are finally starting to clear up at my house! My dad's getting a few extra days off and stuff, but almost all the buildings on our property in Wisconsin are destroyed from the flooding and we're having trouble paying to get it all hauled away. And our tree in our front yeard got struck by lightening in the storm and fell over, and we can't afford to pay anyone to cut it up and take it away, so my mom, my brother, and I all spent like five hours yesterday cleaning it up with saws and stuff (my dad was away, and will be for three more days).

My Dream

Omg, kiddies! i had the most awesomest, spectacular dream ever last night. I dreamed that I was at a concert or some venue and out of the blue walk........ you'll never guess who. DAVID COOK! Then he started talking to me and my family and he signed my shirt (the 'I ♥ DC' one) Then he shook my hand and he kept talking to my stepdad about god knows what. I must have been grinning from ear to ear in my sleep, it was fantastic. It was like the first dreamed I remebered in like a whole year! Maybe it is a prophecy for future things to come ;) At least I hope!

Hi, everybody. The weather's pretty bed today. Oh, Happy Mother's Day. Today we're going to the mall to get my mom some stuff. Nothing very exciting, though.

I am so bored. We were supposed to leave in three minutes but my mom hasn't gotten ready yet. Oh, wait, she's getting up. No, false alarm. We could be here for awhile. : ) Oh well, she can take her time. Not like I can go anywhere.

My sister is downstairs watching TV,most likely Nick. Why is it that she is willing to sit and let her brain be eroded by 'Fairly odd Parents' and a talking sponge. I just don't get it.

Now my mom's back in here. She says "Hi". Now she's grinding her teethe, although she probably doesn't appreciate me telling people this. Now they're looking for a shirt for my dad to wear. My mom doesn't want any of us to clash with her outfit.
